My Yogajourney started approximately three years ago. I was quite unbalanced at this time of my life. Yoga has helped me to find balance again. It's impossible to describe with words how grateful I am for this great subject.

I've started to practice Hatha Yoga and since then I've got really curious to learn more (and I still am).  So I started to travel. On the inside and on the outside. All the experiences I've made on my travels to Asia have helped me on my journey towards my own true self.

In 2017 I've traveled to Rishikesh to attend my first 200h TTC and got certified as a Hatha Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga teacher. I was unbelievable lucky to have met a very special teacher and master a couple of weeks later. An even deeper shift came into my life. Enrico has supported me since then and shared a lot of wisdom, which has shaped me. In January 2019 I have attended on his first Yoga teacher training for Kaivalya (Balanced Ashtanga) and Yin Yoga.

What is KAIVALYA Yoga? It's the most beautiful path to absolute freedom, absolute truth, absolute independence. It has really changed my life and I cannot wait to share it with you!

Moreover Yan, the second amazing teacher in our training, has made us into amazing Yin Yogateachers. Yin Yoga is a beautiful and powerful practice that allows you to learn a lot about yourself!
