I started my Yoga practice 3 years ago on my first trip to India. The following year, I returned to India and to my current teacher of Yoga, Enrico. This is followed by an even more intense and immersed diving into spiritual world of Yoga. After the return of the journey, I was again in contact with my Teacher and he helped me on my Yoga path.

Since I arrived in Bali 3 weeks before the beginning of the course, there was an intense Yoga experience with Vinyasa Flow. After the first few days of the teachertraining, it quickly became clear that this would be an instructive and profound month of Kaivalya Yoga.

A yoga style that comes from a lot of personal experience, improvement, and knowledge from my Yoga teacher. I took a lot of this month with me and I'm very grateful for that. My daily practice has changed completely. Especially the understanding of the Yoga pratice and the profound way of teaching has influenced me.

I was specially instructed in the vegan raw food diet and I'm grateful that I was allowed to accompany the group this month as a chef. Enrico showed me how important it is to fully and energetically support the practice. Thus, I also completed my education as a Kaivalya Yoga teacher with a certificate as a true yogic nutrition consulter - vegan and raw vegan food preparator - and yogic raw chef kitchen operator.
